Terms of sale
Terms of sale
These terms cover the ebooks sold on regencycanvas.com. They are written to be read, so please do.
1. Who we are
This site and its ebooks are sold by Galaxy Media Productions SL, Barcelona, Spain, Tax ID (CIF) B24848269 (“we”). You can reach us at , or through our contact form.
2. What you buy
Digital ebooks of The Regency Canvas: single volumes (twelve stories each) or the box set of Volumes I to IV. Each volume comes as an EPUB, a PDF and a Large Print PDF. There is no printed edition and nothing is shipped.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and include any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live. Payment is taken once, at checkout, by Stripe (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay). There is no subscription and nothing renews.
4. Delivery
Your download page opens straight after payment, and we email you the same link. Each order includes 3 downloads of each file. If you lose your link or run out of downloads, write to us and we will help.
5. Your licence
The books are for your own personal reading. You may keep them on your devices and print them for your own use. You may give one copy of your purchase as a gift (see the questions on our home page). Please do not share, resell or publish the files. The stories, notes and artwork remain the copyright of their owners.
6. Money-back guarantee
If the books are not for you, write within 30 days and we refund the full price. See our refund policy.
7. Right of withdrawal (EU and UK customers)
Under EU and UK law, the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content ends once the download is made available with your consent. Our 30-day money-back guarantee goes further than that right and applies regardless of downloading.
8. Liability
The books are works of fiction with historical notes for general interest. If a file is faulty, we will replace it or refund you. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim there. Please write to us first; most things are solved with one email.
