We collect only what we need to sell and deliver your books, and to answer you. No tracking cookies, no analytics, no advertising.

What we collect, and why

When you buy: your name, email address and country, the product and amount, from our payment provider Stripe. We use them to deliver your books, email your download link, answer your questions and handle refunds (performance of the contract), and to keep the accounting records the law requires.
When you download: a scrambled (hashed) form of your internet address and the time, never the address itself. We use it to count downloads and to protect your link if it is shared widely (legitimate interest).
When you ask for the free story: your email address, to send you the story and, now and then, to tell you when a new volume is ready (your consent). Reply “stop” at any time and we stop.
When you send a question: your name (if given), email and message, to answer you.

Anonymised recent orders (a first initial and a country, for example “M. in the US”) may appear on our home page for up to 7 days. Nothing else about you is ever shown.

Who else handles your data

Stripe processes your payment. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never reach our server. Stripe’s checkout uses cookies that are needed for payment and fraud prevention. See stripe.com/privacy.
Hostinger hosts this website and sends our emails.
Google Fonts supplies the typeface of this site; your browser fetches it from Google, which receives your internet address for that request.

Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area; they protect transfers with the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as the law requires for accounting (in Spain, generally six years), and so we can send you a new link if you lose yours. Free-story emails are kept until you ask us to stop. Questions are kept for up to two years.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, or object to or restrict its use, by writing to us through our contact form or at . You may also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es) or the authority where you live.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics. The only cookies come from Stripe’s secure checkout, and they are needed for the payment to work.
