How to ask for a refund

1. Write to us within 30 days of your purchase, giving the email address you bought with (or tell us that address).
2. That is all. There are no forms, and you do not need to give a reason.
3. We refund the full amount to the card or wallet you paid with. Your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 working days.
